  • Cancellation Policy: 30 day notice required to cancel a
    reservation.  A $50 processing fee for all cancellations
  • $245/night Oct 1 through May 15
  • $295/night May 16 through Oct 1 and Holidays and for the
    Sea Food and Wine Festival the end of February
  • Payment Policy:  $150 is due at the time of reservation, via a
    major credit card only.  ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE 30 DAYS
